Keep up-to-date with the progress of the Wellbeing Hub @ Ely by reading our latest newsletter:

The Wellbeing Hub @ Ely is being developed in partnership with the Health Board, Cardiff Council, Afon Elai Partnership and other key local stakeholders, including Cardiff Third Sector Council, and local community groups. This partnership will provide preventative, community, primary and secondary care and encourage co-production, volunteering and social movements for health.

Integration with other local services provides the community with access to high-quality patient care and helps to improve the health and wellbeing of the population of Cardiff West.

The new Wellbeing Hub is being built into Cardiff Council’s existing Ely Community Hub. By being physically connected and sharing the space, it both provides health and community services and a multi-functional service for patients, staff and the local community.

The Wellbeing Hub @ Ely is part of a series of hubs that ensure a person’s chance of leading a healthy life is the same wherever they live and whoever they are.

The Wellbeing Hub @ Ely is the second to be developed as part of a strategic programme that places community at the centre. Our dedication to patient, carer and community experiences will be amplified by working with our partners across the NHS, social care and third sectors.

We are confident the Wellbeing Hubs will support our citizens to live longer, healthier and better-quality lives.
